Return period
You can apply for a return within 30 days of receiving the product. Please ensure that the product is unused and in its original packaging when returning it.

Return steps
Request a return: Please contact us through our customer service email and provide your order number and reason for return.
Prepare the product: Make sure the product is clean, unused, and all tags, accessories and packaging are intact.
Return the product: We will provide you with a return address and necessary return labels. Please return the product to the specified address and keep the mailing receipt.
Refund processing
Once we receive the returned product and confirm that it is eligible for return, your refund request will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be refunded to your original payment method.

Exceptions
Please note that special discount items and customized items may not be returned.
