3. How to choose the capacity of a hiking bag?
The capacity of a hiking bag is usually measured in liters (L). When choosing, you can decide based on the travel time and the amount of items you need to carry:

20-30L: suitable for daily short hikes

40-60L: suitable for 1-3 days of camping

4. How to understand the temperature rating of sleeping bags?

5. How do I clean and maintain my tent, bag, and sleeping bag?

Tent: Please gently scrub with warm water and avoid using strong detergents. Make sure it is completely dry before putting it away.
Mountaineering bag: Use a damp cloth to wipe the surface and avoid machine washing.

6. How do I return or exchange?
If you are not satisfied with the product you purchased, you can apply for a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving the product.
